Pastor Lee Cawthray is a Registered Minister with Churches of Christ Qld and an Ordained Minister with The Southern Cross Association of Churches. She has over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry in a number of roles, including preaching, pastoral visitation, and leading worship, women’s ministry and Bible study groups. For the past two years, she has been working as an aged care chaplain, serving as an elder in her church and is currently completing a Grad Dip Chaplaincy through the Australian College of Ministries. Lee is a pocket rocket, bringing vibrancy and enthusiasm to her ministry.
Lee currently lives on 14 acres, where she and her husband take care of 30 sheep, 15 goats, 6 hens, 3 pigs, 3 kelpies and two ducks. She loves being outdoors and takes regular walks along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.
Having also worked as a counsellor and in the fitness industry, Lee is passionate about helping people take a holistic approach to life. She believes that, being created in the image of our triune God, we also are triune beings, body, mind and spirit and that finding a healthy balance of ministry and self-care enables people to be and do all that God has called them to be and do.
