Many of our services are the natural extension of the pastoral care provided through Clergy On Call—particularly in palliative care settings—or come via direct referral from families or funeral directors.
We work alongside a wide network of funeral homes, both locally and further afield, and we welcome opportunities to partner with new providers.
Our team offers both non-faith-based and Christian services. Through Clergy On Call, we are often called upon to step in where families are unable to find a minister, offering professional, compassionate, and non-denominational support tailored to their needs.

How We Work

Once we receive a referral, we promptly reach out to the family to arrange a face-to-face meeting. During this time, we take the time to listen, gather stories, and gain a meaningful understanding of their loved one’s life and legacy.
We then craft a fully personalised service, written word-for-word, complete with chosen music tracks and links for review. Once the family approves the service, it is submitted to their funeral director—ensuring seamless coordination and clarity for everyone involved.
The result is a smooth, respectful process and a deeply meaningful farewell that honours the unique life of each individual.
