Rev. Colin Christian
Colin is a celebrant and an Ordained Minister with The Southern Cross Association of Churches he brings a wealth of experience and a profound dedication to his role. With a heart filled with compassion and a spirit attuned to the needs of others, Colin has journeyed alongside countless individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through life’s joys and challenges with grace and empathy.
Along with his wife he is the Founder and Chairman of the Clergy On Call Association, Colin has spearheaded a movement dedicated to providing inclusive, compassionate spiritual support to all who seek it. Under his leadership he offers a wide array of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each church, individual and community. With over ten years of celebrancy and ministerial experience, Colin understands the intricacies of the human journey and embraces the diversity of perspectives and paths that people have. His approach is rooted in meeting people where they are, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique and deserving of respect and understanding. Colin cherishes the opportunity to connect with individuals from all walks of life, embracing the richness of human diversity and celebrating the inherent worth and dignity of every person he encounters. Rev. Rebecca Christian
Rebecca is a celebrant and an ordained minister with the Southern Cross Associaton of Churches and has a heart aflame with compassion and a spirit brimming with creativity. With over ten years of ministry experience, she brings a wealth of wisdom and a profound dedication to her role as a spiritual leader. As the Co-Founder and Vice Chair of the Clergy On Call Association alongside her husband, Pastor Colin Christian, Rebecca has played an instrumental role in fostering a community of inclusive, compassionate support for individuals and communities.
Rebecca’s ministry is grounded in a deep commitment to serving others and nurturing their spiritual growth. Her vibrant and artistic approach to ministry seeks to bring out the best in others, inspiring them to embrace their unique gifts and talents.
Beyond her pastoral duties, Rebecca is a sought-after speaker at events, where her engaging presence and authentic message captivate audiences and ignite a sense of hope and possibility. She also serves as a mentor and coach to fellow pastors, sharing her insights and experiences to empower them in their own ministries.
With a heart attuned to the joys and sorrows of life, Rebecca finds fulfillment in officiating weddings and funerals across the state, guiding individuals and families through moments of celebration and grief with grace and compassion. Additionally, she is dedicated to journeying alongside churches and individuals during difficult seasons, offering encouragement, support, and a listening ear.

Rev. Lee Cawthray
Lee is a celebrant and an ordained minister with the Southern Cross Association of Churches, with over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry. Her roles have included preaching, pastoral care, worship leading, women’s ministry, and Bible teaching. She currently serves as an aged care chaplain and church elder, and is completing a Graduate
Diploma of Chaplaincy through the Australian College of Ministries.
Lee is also a celebrant who officiates funerals, memorials, and other significant occasions with warmth, care, and sensitivity.
Known for her energy and down-to-earth nature, Lee brings a vibrant presence to every setting. She lives on a 14-acre property with her husband and a lively mix of animals, and enjoys regular walks along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.
With a background in counselling and the fitness industry, Lee is passionate about holistic
wellbeing—body, mind, and spirit—and believes a healthy rhythm of ministry and self-care helps people fully live out their God-given calling.

Pastor Jarrod Christian
Jarrod is an itinerant preacher, celebrant, and minister within the Churches of Christ, currently worshipping at Kingsthorpe Church of Christ. Raised in a pastoral family, he has a broad background including roles in fitness, retail, farming, and the funeral industry, where
he found a strong passion for pastoral care.
He completed a Bachelor of Theology in 2023 through the Australian College of Ministries and regularly preaches across various churches. Jarrod also serves as a celebrant for both faith-based and non-faith ceremonies, offering compassionate support and guidance.
With recent experience as a funeral director, Jarrod is known for his calm presence and attentive listening, helping families navigate difficult times. He continues to assist with funeral services alongside his ministry work.
Jarrod and his wife Tiffany have two young boys. He enjoys music, good coffee, meaningful relationships, and finds renewal through running.
Passionate about discipleship, Jarrod is committed to seeing God’s Kingdom grow through the lives of those following Jesus.
